No Returns, No Exchange and No Cancellations Policy.

Elegant arts does not provide with the option to refund, exchange or cancellation the product once purchased. The exact size and color are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product, so check images and read description before purchasing.

We are proud that all our shipments go through levels of inspection before packing and dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:

Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for replacement with all details and also mark an email to us at support@elegantartsonline.com.

The team will respond to the complaint query within 2- 5 working days and get in touch with you.

If you are eligible for the refund or replacement, the team will communicate with you and take the needful steps.

Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of an unboxing video (uncut), while the product is still in its packaging.

If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned, you can check your bank account again or contact the bank as the processing may take some time from their end. Or else, you can contact us at the support@elegantartsonline.com.

The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund or cancellation of CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not entertained.
